Welcome to Jawbone BBQ, where our passion for barbeque started with CEO Brad Thomas's love for making people happy through food. After selling his creations at a local IGA, Brad's skills grew and he began catering out of the FOP Lodge 86 before retiring from IMPD. In 2019, Jawbone BBQ was born in a small 20x20 building, but due to high demand for Brad's delicious food, we have since then expanded into a catering and sit-down experience. Melody, Brads wife, plays a major role in the business as well. Her main focus is catering and the delicious desserts you see in the shop. All of foods come fresh and not off a truck with each item being a family recipe. Come join us for a taste of our mouth watering barbeque and more!
